Intensives
If you are feeling emotionally overwhelmed, stuck in anxiety or trauma patterns, or exhausted from holding everything together, an EMDR Therapy Intensive may be the next step your heart and nervous system are asking for.

Intensives offer focused, extended therapy sessions designed to help you experience real relief—without stretching healing across months or years of weekly appointments.

This is therapy with intention, space, and depth.
Deep healing. Focused time. Lasting change.
What Is an EMDR Therapy Intensive?
An EMDR Therapy Intensive is a concentrated form of trauma-informed therapy that allows you to work through anxiety, trauma, grief, or relational wounds in a structured, supportive setting.
Rather than meeting for one hour a week, Intensives provide extended time to:
-
Calm the nervous system
-
Process distressing memories or experiences
-
Reduce emotional reactivity and triggers
-
Create lasting emotional regulation and clarity
When clinically appropriate, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is used to help the brain and body release stored trauma and restore a sense of safety.
Who Are Intensives For?
An Intensive may be a good fit if you:
-
Struggle with anxiety, panic, or emotional overwhelm
-
Feel stuck despite previous therapy
-
Carry unresolved trauma, grief, or betrayal
-
Experience strong emotional or physical reactions to stress
-
Feel disconnected from yourself or others
-
Want meaningful healing in a shorter period of time
-
You have been to traditional talk therapy with little to no real change.
-
You are a couple seeking immediate and lasting healing.
Many clients seek Intensives when they are ready for change—not just insight.
