The Journey Toward Helping You Move Forward

After discovering my calling in the field of psychology, I sought an effective approach with long-term, rapid effects on mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.  I desired an approach that would help my clients feel their best and live a life of deeper fulfillment.

My professional and personal journey has been dedicated to gaining extensive training and experience in using a variety of evidence based practices including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapies, and the Brain Wellness Program.

Being an advocate for healthy living, I desired a natural method to help support brain health for my clients and myself. I began using Neurogistics Brain Wellness Program for myself and my family with incredible results. I then became a Certified Neurogistics Practitioner in order to bring this option to my clients and help them achieve optimum brain health.

​

I also specialize in helping other professionals in the Mental Health Counseling Field obtain their professional goals. It is such an honor and privilege to be a part of someone's growth and to see the changes extend into others. As Margaret Fuller most eloquently put it, "If you have knowledge, let others light their candle in it."

I am truly grateful to be able to give back what was given to me.  I have made it my mission to bring this integrative psychotherapy approach to as many clients and clinicians as possible.
